How It Works

It's easy! Simply purchase any of our Filter-Monster brand HEPA or HEPA-type filters and use them with your air purifier. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we will provide an extra year of warranty coverage for you, in case your air purifier breaks while using our filters.

Our extended warranty is valid when:
  • The shortest portion of the manufacturer's warranty has expired, but has expired within 1 year

  • AND

  • The air purifier was using a Filter-Monster brand filter (some exclusions apply, see full warranty terms and conditions here)

    Q: How do I sign up?
    A: You don't! Simply use our filters, and if your air purifier stops working, give us a call at 888-962-6245 to determine eligibility and get instructions for returning your product.

    Q: What does this program cost?
    A: The only thing you pay is the initial order cost when you purchase filters. There are no additional fees to qualify for the extended warranty program.

    Q: What happens if I need to return a defective product?
    A: Call us at 888-962-6245 for return instructions. You will ship the air purifier and filter, at your expense, along with proof of purchase for both the filter and air purifier, to a return center in the 48 contiguous states. Once we receive the unit, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion, and send it back to you at no cost.

    Q: How long does this coverage last?
    A: This warranty coverage expires no later than 1 year from the end of the shortest portion of your manufacturer's warranty coverage.
